Come in out of the cold and celebrate the truffle season at Ai Fiori Trattoria.
When you arrive, the fire will be crackling as you are greeted with a glass of wine in the warmth of our cellar door.
For the ultimate truffle experience, Chef Jak will compose a delicious four-course dining event highlighting this seasonal delicacy, complete with wine pairings. While dining, enjoy the ambience and comfort of our recently refurbished Ai Fiori Trattoria. Translated, Ai Fiori means ‘among the flowers’ and as the name suggests, you will dine among the vines and the beautiful interior greenery installation.
Ai Fiori’s Chef Jak has been serving up delicious plates to Melbourne foodies for the past 30-plus years. He has worked at the RACV Club, Myer, the Rialto, Arts Centre Melbourne as well as patisserie and Melbourne bakery institution The French Lettuce — just to name a few!
Doors open at 6pm for arrival drinks, dinner at 6:30pm.
