On one of the last long days of the season, this is a rare opportunity at Soumah to enjoy a relaxed banquet-style Italian feast on the deck of our Trattoria. Join Tim Knight, our Vineyard Manager, in conversation and celebration of the completion of our tenth Vintage. This is the perfect location to talk wine, enjoy wine and take in the stunning view of our vineyard as the sun sets.
Personally designed by Chef Paul, your seasonal four-course grazing feast will highlight kingfish, lamb, rib eye, barramundi and mushrooms. After ‘feasting’ on the main fare, save room for cheeses and scrumptious desserts! Eight wines have been expertly paired by our team to compliment your dining experience and will be accompanied by words from your hosts about what you are drinking. We may sneak in a tasting surprise, too!
