Into The Valley: Free Yarra Valley Wine Tasting Event at Collingwood’s Into Coffee!
Join SOUMAH, alongside Mandala, Payne’s Rise, Seville Hill, Six Acres and Steels Gate for a delightful evening of free wine tasting in Collingwood!
In collaboration with Into Coffee and the Yarra Valley Smaller Wineries association, SOUMAH Presents Into The Valley.
We are bringing an authentic taste into the city, introducing you to a variety of our interesting wines! During the evening you will have the opportunity to try our unique Italian varietals – Savarro, Nebbiolo and Brachetto, to list a few! Whether you are a wine lover keen to discover the hidden gems of our cool-climate region, need a fun experience to try with your mates, or maybe you are after a date night with a difference – this event is for you.
Located at 2A Robert Street, Collingwood, the cozy venue provides the perfect ambience for indulging in a variety of Yarra Valley wines.
Date: Thursday 5 October.
Time: There will be two time slots to book and are limited to 50 at a time – 6pm to 7pm and 7pm to 8pm.
Price: Entry and tastings are free – and there will be wines available to purchase on the evening.

2023 Single Vineyard Savarro
Our 12th vintage of Savarro! Savarro, or Savagnin Blanc is an ancient grape variety that originates from north eastern Italy and has become the mother of many of today’s modern varieties. Citrus aromas of lemon and lime with a linear, textured palate. Hints of honeysuckle and a fresh, dry finish.
2020 Single Vineyard Nebbiolo
Our Nebbiolo displays perfumed raspberry and violets are balanced by earthy undertones. Rich on the palate with silky tannins and a long, complex finish. A beautiful example of Yarra Valley Nebbiolo!
NV d’Soumah Brachetto Frizzante
Brachetto is a north western Italian grape variety that has been a favourite since the time of the Romans. Only a few vineyards in Australia grow the variety that is like liquid Turkish delight. The sweet flavour of rose water and strawberries fills your senses yet finishing clean and fresh. Soft bubbles, a light sweetness and lower alcohol make this wine the perfect start or finish to any meal.
