2017 Cabernet Sauvignon d’Soumah


The wine exhibits excellent blackcurrant (cassis) notes that are accompanied by savoury, herbal notes and cedar. The sweet clip of the new oak integrates well with the fleshy fruit while the fine acid creates excellent length. Enjoy with a range of BBQ meats, pasta with ragu sauces, or slow cooked lamb or beef cheeks.

This wine will elegantly age into the next decade and the soft, yet true, Yarra Valley tannins will diligently come to the fore, creating even further softness, length and elegance.
