The breezy aromas of flowers on a summer day are accompanied with the rich depth of creamy red fruits and spice, finishing dry with a lemon and lime freshness. Ai Fiori is perfect for relaxation, conversation, antipasti or all three combined.
Red Varietals: Shiraz and Nebbiolo
White Varietals: Savagnin
Style: Dry Rosato
Aging: Up to 6 years
Ai Fiori meaning “among the flowers” in Italian is our way of describing the personality of the wine we have created. Red grapes (in this case Shiraz & Nebbiolo) are left in contact with the skins for only a short period before fermentation in barrel. We add Savagnin in the process to give the wine further intrigue, depth and a crisp finish.

“Syrah and Nebbiolo were given brief skin contact before fermentation in barrel. Savagnin is then added to blend. Red berries with a twist of orange citrus dictate the aromas and flavours, and there’s a floral lift which may be the white grape influence. Essentially dry, there’s an impression of fruit-sweetness filling out the mid-palate, and the texture and light astringency are positives.”
