Training system: Guyot and pergola.
Alcohol content: 15% Alc. / Vol.
Ageing: Grapes have been selected and dried for about 4 months then aged in 5,000 L oak casks 1 year.
Colour: Deep ruby red.
Bouquet: Intense, ethereal with scent of black cherries in harmony.
Taste: Intense with velvety finish.

Started in 1958, Cantina di Castelnuovo del Garda has grown to now have over 200 members and harvests about 1,000 hectares of vineyards. The land is typified by the hilly areas to the south-east of Lake Garda and the majority of the vineyards fall within the areas of controlled DOC.
