This 2020 Methode Tranditionelle sparkling wine is presently sitting on lees (mainly dead yeast) in riddling racks, which it will stay for three years, before being disgorged and bottled in 2023. The wine is a combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from our Yarra vineyards of Hexham and Upper Ngumby.
