This wine is best removed from the fridge 15 minutes prior to enjoying, ensuring it is at the ultimate 10 degrees serving temperature.

Blanc de Blanc is sparkling wine from white grapes and we hand fashion an elegant, lithe style displaying freshness that can be enjoyed as a lovely aperitif. Our wine pairs beautifully with a myraid of seafood like juicy oysters, lobster, crab cakes and grilled barramundi. Pasta dishes with olives and lashings of fresh herbs are also a favourite pairing along with hard cheeses like aged cheddar.
