It’s been such an exciting month at SOUMAH! As well as the excellent scores in the Halliday companion, we are are thrilled to announce results from the International Cool Climate wine show that came in last week!
We took away the People’s Choice Award – Best White for our 2022 Single Vineyard Hexham Chardonnay!
We also received two Gold medals from the International Cool Climate Wine show:
2022 Single Vineyard Hexham Pinot Noir | 95 Points GOLD
Tension between fruit intensity and oak – fine sappy lifted aromas, sweet fruit edge with a nice length palate and a gentle tannic structure to compliment line and length.
2022 Single Vineyard Hexham Syrah | 95 Points GOLD
Ruby. A menthol lift. Black Pepper. Cedar toasty oak. Blackberry, stylish wine. Bright and fresh. Mouthwatering and moreish.
