Celebrate the Truffle Season with Soumah!
Yarra Valley Truffles are expecting an excellent season this year. Harvesting has already commenced and will continue until early September. At the peak of the season – around mid- to late-July when the flavours are at their best – the exclusive Truffle Deluxe Dinner Party awaits for our Members. Share in an intimate dining experience, accommodating up to 30 guests, and be guided by your host as he explains why our best wines work so well with truffle.
Highlighting one of our favourite ingredients, the truffle, chef Paul has designed a five-course northern Italian-inspired menu that will delight the senses. Each course will showcase the relationship between Soumah wines and select Italian imports with the fresh seasonal produce that is available in our region. Wines will include pre-releases and barrel samples.
Saturday, 20 July
6:30pm, for 7pm start
$135pp, includes five-course menu
paired with ten specially chosen wines
Transfers will be available for an extra $20pp, from Healesville to Soumah, and return to Healesville, to guests’ accommodation.
