VILLA SOPHIA
Villa Sophia is over 225sqm and offers four-double bedrooms, three with ensuites and the other bedroom having access to a fourth bathroom close by. The Villa benefits from floor to ceiling windows ensuring
breathtaking views in every direction.
A fully equipped country kitchen, open plan living and dining, as well as a large al fresco entertaining/dining space makes the Villa a perfect place to spend time with family and friends.
Three separate fireplaces including an outdoor hearth create a fantastic atmosphere during the cool nights and there is also air conditioning for the warmer days. Home entertainment includes three TVs, Wi-Fi, and a Bocce court.

The back yard is fenced, and we welcome a maximum of 2-dogs to Villa Sophia.
There is a 2-night minimum stay, and a 15% off if your stay 3-nights or more.
VILLETTE
Situated down the gentle slope to the north of Villa Sophia, our 4 Villette provide spacious cottage style accommodation.
There are three Studio-Villette that offer 77sqm of accommodation space. They are open, light, and airy due to large windows and glass doors leading to the deck and all have great vineyard views. The bathroom features double vanity sinks, a claw foot iron bath as well as separate shower all with underfloor heating. A kitchenette is also offered that includes under counter fridge/freezer, microwave oven and sink, the perfect space to heat up a snack our prepare light meals. A BBQ can be supplied on the deck for an additional charge if you wish. There is both indoor and outdoor deck dining tables so you can be comfortable no matter what the weather.
Other features include luxury Sleeping Duck king-size mattress, 55-inch Television, large sofa and WIFI. The sizable deck includes space to relax or dine by the outdoor fireplace.
There is also one Grande-Villetta that offers 130sqm of accommodation space having all the features of the Studio Villetta as well as a full separate kitchen with breakfast bar, lounge area and larger deck with outdoor fireplace. A further multi-purpose room can be a separate dining room or with its double sized, pull down, murphy bed it can be perfect for children travelling with you.
As there is no fencing, we do not allow dogs or pets to any Villette.
There is a 2-night minimum stay on weekends (Fri-Sat), and a 20% off if your stay 2-nights during the week Sun-Thu).
TRANSPORT OPTIONS TO SOUMAH
SOUMAH is located a short ten minute drive from the township of Healesville. There are limited public transport options, so we recommend booking a private transfer if you do not have your own. Based out of Healesville, we suggest contacting Big Grape Transfers, Yarra Valley Transfers and Tour Local to drive you to and from other wineries or into Healesville. It is recommended to book ahead.
We are also on the route of Hop It - the Yarra Valley's only hop on and hop off bus service. Choose up to four stops around Healesville and Maroondah highway to customise your own trip. See their website for more information and timetables.

Soumah offers two options at the vineyard: Villa Sophia, a four-bedroom villa sleeping up to 8, and the Villette, self-contained king studios plus one larger Grande-Villette.
Villa Sophia has four double bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests. Each Studio-Villette suits two guests with a king bed, and the Grande-Villette adds a multi-purpose room with a murphy bed.
Yes, both options have a two-night minimum. Villa Sophia offers 15% off stays of three nights or more, and the Villette offer 20% off two or more nights from Sunday to Thursday.
Villa Sophia welcomes up to two dogs. The Villette cannot accept pets, as the grounds are unfenced.
Every stay includes a welcome bottle of Blanc de Blanc and an antipasti board on arrival. Villa Sophia has a full country kitchen, three fireplaces and a bocce court; the Villette have kitchenettes, or a full kitchen in the Grande-Villette.
