You might ask why there is only one accommodation house but ‘Ville’ is plural, well, we have more cottages on the way…

Stylishly furnished, Ville d’Soumah is 3-double bedroom with 2 en-suite modern living featuring a fully equipped country kitchen, spacious living room and dining room, large bathrooms, fire places and expansive patios with BBQ facilities. Benefitting from floor to ceiling windows in each room, the villa is surrounded by the stunning views of the valley and vineyard.

The villa’s open kitchen and BBQ facilities provide you with many options for self-catering. And with Healesville within 8 kilometres and a picturesque 10-minute drive a myriad of other dining options are within easy reach.

The wrap around deck offers many possibilities to catch the morning or afternoon sun where you can have breakfast lunch or dinner. Particularly nice is a glass of Soumah wine while watching the sunset over the vines.

Ville d’Soumah is available as a three bedroom house or can be made into a one bedroom apartment with full access to the kitchen and two living areas.

Wine tasting and a sumptuous dining experience is made easier with a one minute stroll to the Soumah Cellar Door and Trattoria offering authentic Italian food and fine, estate grown wines.

Cellar Door is open from 10am till 5pm, 7 days a week*
Trattoria is open from 11.30 am till 3pm weekday and 4pm weekends 

A friendly team are on hand at the Cellar Door to help your stay be comfortable and can even assist your daily itinerary planning, giving advice on hidden restaurant and wine tasting gems around the valley.

From Soumah you can walk to other Cellar Door and Restaurant options which include;

  • Hanrahan 200 metres
  • Pimpernel 1.5 kilometers
  • Levantine Hill (Ezard Restaurant) 2 kilometres
  • Rochford (Restaurant) 2 kilometres

* Cellar Door and Trattoria closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Open till 6pm in warmer months.

Villa Pricing

Minimum stay is two nights across the weekend and holiday periods, there is no minimum stay mid week.

$300 per night for one bedroom, Monday – Thursday.

$600 per night for three bedrooms, Friday – Sunday.

10% discount for 3 nights or more

$3,7500 per week

Villa Rules

  • A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged unless the kitchen is left in a reasonable state with dishes washed and BBQ cleaned
  • Due to pest and disease security you are not to enter the vineyard while staying at Ville d’Soumah
