28 MARCH | The Place for Pinot Wine Dinner
Come and celebrate all things Pinot with a delectable five course dinner and perfectly matched wines while enjoying the beautiful surrounds of Ai Fiori Trattoria at SOUMAH.
Starting with a selection of bite sized antipasti and a glass of our trophy winning 2020 Crescent Moon Methode Traditionelle served at your table overlooking the setting sun across our vineyard. To follow is our house made agnolotti with the 2025 Hexham Pinot Grigio. Then a classic duck breast with sour cherries and peppercorns will be served alongside a flight of our Hexham and Equilibrio Reserve Pinot Noir. A cleansing Pinot Noir gelato and chocolate truffle will sweeten the palate. And then to finish a selection of museum wines paired with a creamy, soft Brillat-Savarin and our house made fruit loaf. All of these wines will be available for purchase on the night, including our pre-release 2024 Equilibrio Reserve. Check out the full menu here.
This celebration dinner will be held on Saturday 28 March and bookings are available for a 6pm, 6.30pm or 7pm arrival. Tickets cost $155 per person and can be booked directly through us.
