Join us Saturday 22nd of July for our Fireside event, SOUMAH Truffle Dinner.
Indulge your senses at SOUMAH with a five course Truffle Inspired Dinner matched to SOUMAH Wines. The menu features local supplier, Yarra Valley truffles.
The evening is set to start at 6pm in the Cellar Door with a glass of d’Soumah NV Blanc de Blanc, accompanied by truffle inspired canapes.
Dinner follows, hosted in Ai Fiori Trattoria’s dining room. Consisting of two truffle inspired courses of savoury delights, created expertly by our talented head chef, Jak. Each course is accompanied by a selection of new release and museum wines.
Dessert begins with truffle inspired cheese paired beautifully with our new release 2020 Single Vineyard Nebbiolo, followed by something sweet paired with our decadent Botrytis Viognier.
Cost $158 per person. Bookings essential, max 40 guests.
