Join us in our Piazza Bar for the third tasting in our Italian Producer Series for 2025 to taste through the wines from Ellena, located in Piedmont.

The Ellena Giuseppe farm is positioned in La Morra village, Province of Cuneo, Piedmont. The farm was originally purchased by the Ellena family in 1966 and for many years was part of an agricultural cooperative. In 2009, the dream of producing their own wine became a reality. The historic farmhouse and wine cellar have been repurposed for making and aging traditional reginal wines: Barolo, Nebbiolo, Barbear and Nascetta. Three generations; Francesco, Giuseppe and Matteo, now work together to produce these world-famous wines. On tasting will be their 2022 Nascetta, 2020 Barbera d'Alba, 2018 La Morra Barolo and 2018 Ascheri Barolo. 

Our full Piazza Bar menu will be on offer, so come along and enjoy the warmth of our fire, a glass of Ellena's finest and graze on some house made antipasti or a wood fired pizza. Bookings not required.
