Come and celebrate all things Italian with a delectable five course long lunch and perfectly matched wines while enjoying the beautiful surrounds of Ai Fiori Trattoria at SOUMAH.

Starting with a selection of bite sized antipasti and a glass of NV Prosecco served at your table overlooking the winter views across our vineyard. To follow is one of our famous wood fired pizzas topped with Moreton Bay Bugs, capers and truffle oil matched to Tarlao Friuliano and Tarlao Malvasia - two interesting wines from Friuli in Northern Italy. Then a classic porcini mushroom risotto with roasted quail will be served alongside a flight of Barbaresco from Boffa including their premium Paje DOCG. warming triple chocolate fudge with chocolate truffle will sweeten the palate with our new release Brachetto Frizzante. And then to finish the Terre Nere Brunello di Montalcino paired with a house made drunken Italian cheese. Check out the full menu here.

This celebration lunch will be held on Sunday 14 June and bookings are available for a 12pm, 1pm or 2pm arrival. Tickets cost $145 per person and can be booked through Wine Yarra Valley.
