Set against the stunning backdrop of the Warramate ranges, this leisurely long lunch is an opportunity to savour remarkable wines from two outstanding producers - Domaine Arnoux and SOUMAH of Yarra Valley matched to selected dishes featuring duck liver pate, fillet mignon au poivre and finishing with a mille-feuille Brillat-Savarin cheese course. Wines range from Aligote and Savigny-les-beaune through to Corton Grand Cru, along with some museum SOUMAH Pinot Noir and our reserve Equilibrio.
