2018 Ellena Giuseppe Barolo Ascheri DOCG

Harvested in mid-October, the fruit is wild fermented on skins. Frequent cap punchdowns occur the first ten days, followed by 5-7 weeks of traditional maceration. The same process is followed as the La Morra, and it is bottled in summer.
