Ruby and lively in colour, this wine reveals aromas of small red and black fruits such as morello cherry, raspberry, and blackberry. On the palate, it is supple and fruity with moderate tannins, rich character, and a lovely roundness. The subtle yet generous mouthfeel offers finesse and length. Enjoyable over 2 to 6 years, it is best served between 14 and 16°C and pairs beautifully with charcuterie, warm or offal starters, roast poultry, meat risottos, pizzas, grilled or sauced beef dishes like beef bourguignon, spicy cuisine, and a wide range of cheeses.
