Our Chef has created authentic favourites such as slow braised beef pappardelle, pork cotoletta with pistachio crumb and butternut pumpkin arancini with parmesan tuille. Our kitchen garden provides fresh seasonal produce used in these Italian inspired dishes.
We are well-known for our Forno Bravo woodfired pizzas; from the classic garlic mushroom to our house special of wood smoked ham, artichokes and green olives or try a seasonal special on the weekends.
Enjoy a selection of house made produce on our antipasti board or perhaps wood fired sardines or grilled barramundi fillets are more to your taste. Our imported European cheeses, such as Le Dauphin and Il Forteto Pecorino are served with house made fruit loaf, dried fruit and nuts.
There is a wide selection of dessert options including a lemon ricotta cheesecake, Pinot poached pear and house made cannoli, all a perfect match to our special Brachetto Tranquillo!
