100% Sangiovese grapes are fermented for 15- 20 days in stainless steel prior to malolactic fermentation. Then matured for 2 years in the tonneaux of 2nd, 3rd and 4th passage, big barrels and stainless steel. The finished wine is also aged in bottle before release. Aging potential for this wine is 15 years.
